Welcome to Nottingham Science Park – home of innovation, ingenuity and discovery.
The Science Park opened in 1984 and has continued to grow ever since, with 12 buildings and various companies currently on site with a second major new building due to open in 2021.
Surrounded by excellence, the park is adjacent to the University of Nottingham, the headquarters of Boots pharmaceuticals. It has excellent transport links to the M1, East Midlands Airport and the Nottingham Tram linking the site to Nottingham railway station, attracting the best Nottingham has to offer in a leafy, peaceful environment.
With a diversity of office space to support anyone from start-ups to those seeking Grade A office space, and forthcoming meeting and conference facilities aspiring to be among the best in the city in a one of a kind area, surrounded by greenery and links to key private, academic and public sector partners.
The new Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Building, due to open January 2020, will offer space for events, meetings, awards or conferences. The open and flexible space is designed to be able to accommodate a wide variety of events from across the country, with catering on site from a purpose built café and networking area.
