Nottingham Science Park was first conceived in 1984, and has been developed to meet the needs of Nottingham and the UK’s growing science community, and is a member of the United Kingdom Science Park Association.
The site comprises some 260,000 sq. ft. set within 26 acres first developed in the late 1980’s which has seen a succession of developments providing a campus environment offering range of accommodation from Grade A offices, to good quality workspace for businesses with a scientific or modern technological base, having product research and development as a significant part of their activity.
NSP is situated off University Boulevard (A6005), adjacent to Nottingham Tennis Centre and Beeston Sidings Local Nature Reserve, opposite to the University of Nottingham and BOOTS CAMPUS, 0.5 miles from the Queen’s Medical Centre, approximately two miles South-West of Nottingham City Centre providing excellent connections to the main arterial network to the A52 Ring Road (0.5 miles), A610 (XXX) and Junction 25 of the M1 Motorway (5.5 miles). Further NSP also benefits from excellent public transport links to Phase II of the Net Tramway Network (University Boulevard) providing easy access to the tramway network in addition to regular bus services.
No. 1 Science Park was built in 2006-7 and won the UK Science Park Association Award in 2009 for innovative, sustainable design.

No. 1 NSP
